What does a great day at work look like for you?
My best days start with clean numbers and few operational fires. My team works smoothly and independently, tackling complex files with confidence. In advisory calls, I help business owners cut through the noise, seeing that immediate relief when strategic clarity clicks for them. I finish on time with balanced books, happy clients, and an energized team—closing my laptop knowing my leadership, work, experience and guidance made a real, measurable impact.
What do you do to recharge outside of work?
Outside of work, I step away from screens and head outdoors to ground myself. Time in the barn with my horse, fine-tuning our teamwork, brings instant focus and calm. I hit the trails with my dogs for hiking, canicross, and paddleboarding, letting fresh air and movement completely reset my energy. Whether exploring quiet backcountry paths or camping under open skies, moving in nature is how I clear my mind and recharge.
