Discovery call
Thirty minutes. We look at where your books actually are and tell you straight whether we can help.
Clean-up and setup
We bring the backlog current and agree the close schedule before the first regular month begins.
Monthly rhythm
Books closed, statements delivered, questions answered by a team that already knows your file.
You asked. We answered.
How far behind can my books be before you'll take me on?
Further back than you are probably imagining. The worst we have taken on so far was ten years behind, and that client is current now. A backlog is a clean-up project, quoted separately and charged once, and the monthly rhythm starts when your books are caught up.
Do I have to switch accounting software?
If you are not on QuickBooks Online or Xero, yes. Those are the two we work in, and we will tell you which one suits your business before anything moves. If you are already on one of them, nothing changes.
Who actually works on my file?
You get a team, not a single person with a backlog. There is one main point of contact you deal with, and other people on our team touching the work through the year. All of them are ours.
When do I get my financials each month?
You pick the date. Most clients choose the 10th, 15th or 25th, and it is set in your agreement, so you can plan around it instead of chasing us for it.
What happens at year-end?
Less than you are used to. The monthly fee already covers most of the corporate and personal return work, so year-end is not a separate bill landing on your desk. You work with the same team to get everything filed by its deadline.
Your yearly filing obligations, in orderHow do I get you receipts and documents?
Snap a photo, forward the email, or drag files into the portal. Whatever's fastest for you — we'll tell you if something's missing.
Let's see if we're a fit.
